(Mesa – September 2010) – In a classic case in which the children of a Decedent sued the Decedent’s spouse due to a lack of proper estate planning, the law firm of Gorman Law Group, PLC successfully defended the spouse and obtained judgment in her favor. Immediately upon the death of the Decedent, his children sued the surviving spouse alleging that a certain piece of realty belonged to them because it was owned by the Deceased in his sole and separate capacity. Litigated in the Superior Court for the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, Attorney Andrew P. Gorman obtained judgment in favor of the spouse.
