(January 2013) – The litigation team at Gorman Law Group, PLC litigated and settled claims made against the children of a deceased man by the decedent’s second spouse. These claims intended to exclude the man’s children from his estate. For years, the decedent and his second spouse were happily married and existed as a loving family unit. After the man’s death, his second wife refused to cooperate or communicate with her late husband’s children. She denied the existence of a will and refused to share the estate. With the help of Gorman Law Group, PLC, the children were able to recover the Will which left the man’s entire estate to his children. Eventually, the children were able to recover nearly all of their father’s probate estate from his second wife.
