Saving A Home From Being Given to Client’s Step Children

March 2014 – The Maricopa County Superior Court for the State of Arizona ruled in favor of our client in a probate dispute. Client and her husband were married for 15 years. The husband passed away without a will and left surviving our client as his surviving spouse and his two daughters who were not the daughters of our client. Since the decedent died without a will, the deceased daughters petitioned the court seeking to inherit the home. After a lengthy probate litigation proceeding, the home was rightfully awarded to our client.
