August 2015 – Attorneys Andrew P. Gorman and Kelly Poe obtained an Arbitration award on behalf of a vulnerable adult in the amount of $124,505.00. The perpetrators in this case, whom were related to the vulnerable adult, accessed the vulnerable adult’s Home Equity Line of Credit and used such line of credit to their own advantage. The perpetrators denied any wrongdoing, but in the end justice prevailed.
